    Was absolutely knocked out by quality of this skirt .The panels make it flare out into a great shape.And the elastic at the back makes it very comfy. Fabric choice is good -its heavy duty enough for winter. But , and its a big "but " is how very long it is .It more maxi than midi length on a 5ft 4 tall person .This means that unless a top, is only waist length, that I am all fabric and no body shape at all . Such a shame but I will have to return
